This 1938 Roadster has had a series of minor modifications, but it could the basis of a lot of fun for someone looking for a Bantam project. It appears solid in the photos and the seller makes it sound as though it looks solid in person also. This is a great Bantam roadster to start with. The engine shows a serial number of 60004 which comes back to the third bantam ever built according to Hempfling’s logs. How the engine made its way into this roadster is unknown, but it is one special mill in a nice little package.
